Instructions:
Prepare the Ingredients:
- Chop the tomatoes and place them in a large bowl.
- Mince the garlic and finely chop the red onion.
- Chop the fresh basil leaves.
Mix the Dressing:
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil and red wine vinegar. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Combine Everything:
- Add the minced garlic, chopped red onion, and basil to the bowl of tomatoes.
- Drizzle the dressing over the tomato mixture and gently toss to combine.
Optional Additions:
