Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper and lightly spray it with cooking oil.
- Slice the zucchini into ¼ inch (0.65 cm) thick pieces. Arrange the slices on the prepared baking sheet, and sprinkle them with garlic and salt.
- Top each zucchini slice with a layer of parmesan and a sprinkle of paprika.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, until the parmesan is light golden brown.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy with your favorite sauce.
