- 2 oz of cream cheese

Instructions:
Preheat the Oven: Start by setting your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lining a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare the Dough: In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, baking powder, and garlic powder. In a separate microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave this for 1-2 minutes, or until fully melted, then stir to blend. Pour the melted cheese mixture into the dry ingredients, add the eggs, and mix until a dough forms. If the dough is sticky, grease your hands before shaping it.
