  • 2 Tablespoons avocado oil
  • 6 Boneless skinless chicken thighs, sliced thin
  • 4 Cups Broccoli florets
  • ¼ cup Soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • 3 Tablespoons sugar free brown sweetener
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • ½ cup Water
  • ½ teaspoon xanthan gum
  • Sesame seeds for garnish


  1. In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sweetener, garlic, ginger, xanthan gum, and water. Whisk until well combined and set aside.
  2. Heat the avocado oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken thighs and broccoli florets, stirring occasionally until the chicken is thoroughly cooked, about 5 minutes.
  3. Pour the prepared sauce into the skillet with the chicken and broccoli, then increase the heat to high. Cook for a few more minutes until the sauce thickens and evenly coats the chicken and broccoli.
  4. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve.
