- 2 cups rolled oats
- Sea salt
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Wet Ingredients
- 2 medium bananas, mashed
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In one bowl, mix together the dry ingredients. In another bowl, combine the wet ingredients.
- Add the dry mixture to the wet mixture and stir until well combined.
- Using a medium scoop (about 3 tbsp), drop spoonfuls of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Flatten each scoop with a spoon.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cookies are slightly golden brown.
