  • 2 cups rolled oats

  • 4 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Wet Ingredients

  • 2 medium bananas, mashed
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In one bowl, mix together the dry ingredients. In another bowl, combine the wet ingredients.
  3. Add the dry mixture to the wet mixture and stir until well combined.
  4. Using a medium scoop (about 3 tbsp), drop spoonfuls of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Flatten each scoop with a spoon.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cookies are slightly golden brown.
