These keto bacon egg cups make for a perfect low-carb breakfast or snack that you can prepare in advance. These egg muffins are delicious, satisfying, and savory! They’re keto-friendly, high in protein, and gluten-free.

  • 6 bacon slices
  • 6 eggs
  • salt and black pepper
  • 1/4 cup mature cheddar cheese shredded
  • dried oregano


  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line the inside of a muffin tin with bacon.
  2. Bake the bacon for 10 minutes, then remove it from the oven and drain the excess grease. Crack an egg into each bacon-lined muffin cup.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, and mature cheddar cheese, and top with a pinch of dried oregano.
  4. Bake for another 10 minutes. Use a spoon or a knife to carefully remove the egg muffins from the tin.
