- 1 lb (450g) ground beef
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 4 cubes cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese (for topping)
- Sesame seeds (optional, for topping)
- Pickles, ketchup, and mustard, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and diced onion until the beef is browned and the onions are softened. Drain any excess grease.
- Season the beef mixture with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
- Separate the biscuit dough into 8 rounds and flatten each into a circle.
- Place a spoonful of the ground beef mixture in the center of each biscuit round. Top with crumbled bacon and a cube of cheddar cheese.
- Pull the edges of the biscuit dough up around the filling, pinching them to seal tightly.
- Place the stuffed biscuit bombs seam side down on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and sesame seeds on top.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve hot with pickles, ketchup, and mustard for dipping.
